What are we looking for?
We are looking for innovative Technology and Commercial C-Suite, academics, researchers, AI and Data Scientists, Entrepreneurs, and blockchain enthusiasts that can bring the Blocknubie vision and technical aspects of the business to life. People from a range of professional backgrounds, industry experts who aren’t afraid to forge their own paths through uncharted waters coupled with ambition, motivation, and decisiveness. We currently have developed a very exciting project with Global reach. We have ambitious plans for the capabilities of the platform and you will play a pivotal role.
There are up to 10 positions available for this phase. CEO, CTO, Chief Data Scientist, VP of Sales and Marketing, Head of Research, Strategic Partnership Manager, Project Manager, and Senior/Lead Software Developers.
Requirements – Technical Positions
- A proven track record of implementing successful technology projects, ideally in Artificial Intelligence and/or Blockchain.
- 4+ years of experience as software developer/software engineer/software product manager or equivalent technological background.
- Experienced with front/back end development, full Stack development. Senior developer level or architect level.
- Strong experience in developing PaaS products and building platform communities.
- Familiar with software technologies in a current, broad and in-depth way.
- Ability to understand every technological segment of the business.
- Ability to understand new technology concepts quickly and apply them accurately through an evolving, dynamic environment.
- Able to communicate and embrace the inputs from the market. Able to accept/think from the perspective of market value and business level.
- Passionate about the company mission.
Requirements – Commercial Positions
- You have founded a startup or have held a C-level position in a startup with significant achievements in your role.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational, communication and leadership skills, able to drive the business while keeping alignment with stakeholders. Development of the company’s short- and long-term strategy, vision, and mission.
- Ownership of preparing and closing a seed funding round
- Acquiring B2B clients and Strategic Partnerships in Europe and the US
- Overseeing the company’s business operations to ensure the company has effective operational and financial procedures in place.
- 5+ years experience in enterprise or consultative sales and marketing enablement.
- 5+ years previous leadership and management experience.
- The ability to think strategically and the foresight to think about problems ahead of time.
- Experience with compiling market research, understanding market needs, and driving towards product-market fit.
- Good leadership ability. Able/willing to lead and motivate the whole team to succeed. Able to manage people and teams to the best performance. Able to cultivate and strengthen company culture.
- Able to work well with the internal team and company board.
- Strong experience in developing SaaS products and/or building partnership communities.
- Strong technical knowledge, preferably with experience working in artificial intelligence.

Working remotely and with flexibility is the first thing Blocknubie can offer as long as milestones and timelines are being adhered to. With that said, remuneration will also be negotiated in line with the responsibilities and position that you would like to take on. The company is currently at pre-seed level. At the onset, the company will offer equity/stock options including a success fee based on achievement in our Q4 fund round.
